Two FREE legal workshops for caregivers
What is the difference between a will and a trust? How important are an Advanced Health Care Directive and a Durable Power of Attorney for finances? What do you need to know about MediCal eligibility and long-term care? Answers to these questions will be provided by Diane M. Brown, Attorney and legal expert in the area of trusts and estates, in two FREE workshops for family caregivers. Participants will learn valuable information on how manage legal and financial care for a family member. This workshop is offered in San Jose and Menlo Park.
