A FREE Conference and Celebration of California Caregivers!

Here’s your opportunity to upgrade practical care skills, learn new tools for maintaining your own health and well-being, and celebrate YOU!

In honor of Family Caregivers Month and the 20th Anniversary of California’s Caregiver Resource Centers, we invite you to A Salute to Family Caregivers, a FREE day-long  conference (lunch included!) and celebration on Saturday, November 5 in Los Angeles.

You’ll learn practical, real-world strategies to help you with your caregiving needs, as well as news about current research, anticipated breakthroughs and effective treatments for conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and stroke. You’ll look at the importance of the “mind-body connection” and learn about techniques that can help ease the stress of caregiving.

And did we mention there’s no charge to attend?
