There Must Be a Better Way Than This!

FREE workshop for caregivers on communicating with someone affected by dementia

Communicating with a loved one who has Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia can be frustrating and disheartening. In a FREE half-day workshop presented by Family Caregiver Alliance, caregivers will learn how dementia affects a person’s ability to understand and communicate, simple ways to handle troubling behavior, how to feel more connected to their loved one.

When: Wednesday, November 30, 2005, 9:30 a.m.-12:00 noon

Location: Family Resource Center, Pacific Room, 39155 Liberty Street, Fremont
