CT - Paid Sick Days (2010)

Bill would allow all workers in the state to accrue paid sick days for personal illness, to care for a sick child or to recover from domestic violence or sexual assault. The bill does not cover caring for a sick family member (other than a child). Workers would accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked, with a maximum of 40 hours of paid sick leave a year.
