National Pediatric Acquired Brain Injury Plan Act (2011)This bill would require the HHS Secretary to send money to the State Lead Center in each state for implementation of the National Pediatric Acquired Brain Injury Plan. The Secretary is also required to submit an annual plan to Congress with an evaluation of all federally-funded pediatric research. Pediatric acquired brain injury is defined as an injury to the developing brain of a child from the age of birth through 25.
