DE - Adult Abuse Registry (2009)

Bill would permit the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services to provide online access to the names and nature of the conduct of individuals actively listed on the Adult Abuse Registry. Family members looking for in-home care providers would be able to see the names of those who have abused, mistreated, neglected or financially exploited the elderly or disabled.
