CA- Public Guardians and Conservators (2011)

This bill updates rules around public guardians, including lengthening the number of days a public guardian can control assets from 15 to 30. This bill would also empower a county public guardian or conservator to restrain the transfer of any property held in a trust for a person who the county public guardian intends to apply for guardian or conservatorship.
