Submit Your Program

We encourage you to submit your program, resource or publication for inclusion into the Clearinghouse. Please scroll down to select the submission form that is most applicable to the item you are submitting. FCA will regularly monitor the submissions, select those which meet our criteria, and add accepted submissions to the Clearinghouse. We will notify you if your submission is accepted, but will not be able to notify you if your submission was denied. FCA reserves the right to choose which resources will be included in the Innovations Clearinghouse.

Submit an Evidence Based Intervention

Submissions must have followed an explicit, carefully documented process and produced significant results (i.e. lowering caregiver depression, introducing novel coping skills etc) or offered valuable insight into some aspect of family caregiving. In addition, they must have been published in a scientific journal as you will be asked to provide the related citation.

Submit a Multimedia Resource

Use this form to submit your online guide, curriculum, teleconference or other type of resource. You can also use this form if you would like to submit a video or an audio file. If you are submitting an online file, please fill out this form and submit it online (follow instructions within the form). If you are submitting a cd using regular mail, please print out the online form, fill it out manually and send it to us along with your resource to:

Submit a Report or Other Publication

Use this form to submit a report or other publication, including issue briefs, fact sheets, etc. Accepted submissions will appear in either the Policy and Advocacy section of the Clearinghouse or in the Caregiving Statistics and Reports section, depending on the publication.
