Imagine a place where you are greeted personally 24 hours a day. A place where caregiver classes and events in your community are always easy to find. A place where you can talk in the privacy of your own home with other caregivers from throughout the state of California. The redesigned Link2Care website offers all of these benefits and more.

Link2Care, an online caregiver resource for those caring for individuals with cognitive disorders, is entering its third year. User feedback from family caregivers and Caregiver Resource Center staff paved the way for an updated site that includes improved navigation and search functions, personalized log-on and event finding features, and more current information
more often.

“We listened to candid recommendations from caregivers and staff, both critical and complimentary, to shape an even better caregiver resource in Link2Care,” said Link2Care Project Manager Leah Eskenazi.

The remodel also allowed for a new look, and features that users have come to know and trust have become easier to utilize, including the Discussion Group, Ask the Expert, Caregiver Journal, Personal Stories and professionally reviewed health and caregiver information.

Link2Care is now available through all Caregiver Resource Centers (CRCs) in California. Are you interested in knowing more about Link2Care? Come to the Visitors Center at www.link2care.net or contact your local CRC for more information. To find the CRC in your area, call (800) 445-8106. We are looking forward to seeing you online!
