It Takes Two
A Refreshing Approach to Understanding and
Coping with Dementia Behavior
Communicating with a loved one who has Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia can be frustrating and disheartening. In a four-week class, family caregivers will learn how dementia affects a person’s ability to understand and communicate; how they should speak with and respond to a person with memory loss; and the best ways to handle troubling behavior.
