AZ - Family and Medical Leave Insurance (2009)

Bill would provide up to five weeks of paid leave to be used to care for a new child, to care for a family member with a serious health condition (including the employee's child, spouse, domestic partner, parent or parent-in-law), or to recover from a serious health condition. Workers would be eligible to receive $250 per week; each year the benefit level would be adjusted to account for inflation.
