IN - Aging Services Update (2011)

This bill makes a number of updates to existing law and allows the division of aging to issue orders and citations against providers who violate rules and allows the IN state police to release criminal background check information on providers. Also requires the Alzheimer's disease and related senile dementia task force to develop a state plan to address Alzheimer's.
