Wounded Warrior Project Family Caregiver Act (2009)

Federal bill would provide advanced instruction and training and certification to family caregivers of veterans who incurred serious wounds on active duty. Family caregivers would receive appropriate support services, a monthly allowance, and would be eligible for medical care through the VA.
