OR- Long-term Care Insurance Prompt Payments (2011)

This bill directs the department of consumer and business services to adopt rules around prompt payment requirements for long-term care insurance policies. The department should consider the prompt payment requirements in the long term care insurance model acts developed by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
