PA- Home and Community-Based Services Accountability Act (2011)

This bill would implement several provisions, including a required in-person visit with a care manager for anybody participating in an HCBS waiver. One unannounced visit per year would be mandatory. In addition, the consumer's care plan would have to be reviewed and signed every 6 months by the consumer, the care manager, the care manager's supervisor, and a registered nurse.
