Community Coalitions for Access and Quality Improvement Act (2009)

Federal bill would provide grants to community health coalitions, including health centers or clinics, public health departments, hospitals serving low-income patients, etc, to assist in the development of integrated health care delivery in order to improve efficiency and coordination among providers; develop programs targeted toward preventing and managing chronic diseases; and expand and enhance services provided.
