NY - Employed Family Caregivers Program (2009)

Bill would establish an informal caregivers in the workplace program which would develop and update a guide for businesses in the state regarding best practices for retaining and assisting employees who are also informal caregivers. The program would be a collaboration between the New York State Office for the Aging (NYSOFA) and Department of Labor (DOL).
