The Labor/HHS/Education Appropriations bill was signed into law on January 10, 2002. This legislation funds the National Family Caregivers Support Program (NFSCP) among other long-term care and health programs. For fiscal year 2002, the NFCSP will receive $141.5 million - an increase of $16 million over the prior year's funding.
