You’re invited to participate in a study about self-care behaviours (physical activity and fruit and vegetable consumption) among caregivers!
The purpose of the study is to:

  • To see if a 4-week eHealth program focused on self-care behaviours is feasible and acceptable to implement with cancer caregivers;
  • To understand participants experiences and perspectives during the program.

If you would like to participate, you will be asked to:

  • Provide consent to participate in the study;
  • Complete an online questionnaire when you join the study and 5 weeks later;
  • Participate in 4 weekly video calls (60 minutes each) where you will receive information and guidance on self-care behaviours;
  • Participate in one interview via video call 6 weeks after joining the study.

You may be eligible to participate if you:

  • Are currently providing unpaid care to an adult (≥18 years of age) who has been diagnosed with cancer;
  • Are over the age of 18 years;
  • Can read, understand, and speak English;
  • Are currently engaging in less than 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per week;
