Government program provides individuals with traumatic brain and/or spinal cord injuries inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services, including:
- Medical care
- Occupational therapy
- Physical therapy
- Speech therapy
- Cognitive therapy (helps individuals deal with difficulties such as memory loss and challenging behaviors)

Caregiver Eligibility: 


Care Recipient Eligibility: 

Multiple requirements:
- Individuals age 16 and older
- Have a traumatic brain injury and/or spinal cord injury
- Substantial limitation to function independently
- Medically stable (determined by medical staff)
