Caregiver Conversations: A Day of Learning, Support, and Information Exchange 

This convening is FREE for family and friends caring for an adult living with complex illness, professionals serving caregivers, and Alameda County residents who wish to learn more about family caregiving. Keynote Speaker: Rita Choula, AARP diversity and caregiving expert 

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. A continental breakfast and lunch is included. Respite is available. 

Hosted by Family Caregiver Alliance. Thanks to the Thomas J. Long Foundation for their generous support for this convening. Partnering Organizations and Planning Team include Alameda County Care Alliance, Alzheimer’s Services of the East Bay, Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, Alzheimer’s Association, Comfort Homesake, Ability Now Bay Area, City of Fremont Family Caregiver Support Program, Alameda County Area Agency on Aging, and the Stupski Foundation.
