This webinar took place on Thursday April 10th, 2013, 12:00 - 1:00PM PST

Looking for a safe place to vent, ask questions, or seek support from a family or friend caregiver like yourself? Consider starting a peer-to-peer support group.

National speaker, author, and live radio host of The Unexpected Caregiver, (KYMN 1080 and other regional radio stations within Minnesota), Kari Berit explains what it takes to create and sustain your own space for mutual support. Kari spent this past year working with caregivers to help them start groups in their community, including at a local senior living community, college, church, corporation, in a local university, and at the workplace of a caregiver. In this recorded webinar, she shares with you what worked and what didn't. Additional information can be found on her website.
