Caregiver College

Do you help a family member or a friend who is frail, disabled, has a chronic health illness, or has a cognitive impairment? 

Then it’s back to school for you!

Caregiver College is a FREE workshop for gaining skills and sharing helpful care tips. Join community experts and fellow family caregivers to learn more about:

• Dementia challenges
• Feeding/ nutrition
• Incontinence care/ toileting
• Bathing/ hygiene/ grooming/ dressing
• Transfer skills
• Dental care
• Caregiver self-care

A complementary lunch is included. 

Pre-registration is required. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate professional caregivers at this workshop.
