Caring for Our Loved Ones

The coordination of care for a family member or friend can be complex and difficult. In this workshop we will create a care plan individualized to your loved one’s needs. With this care plan you will be able to better facilitate conversations with family members and contracted caregivers to ensure that all of their needs are met.
