The sheer number of baby boomers who will turn 65 in the next decade will result in a historic demand for caregivers, which might not be met by human resources alone. Meanwhile, innovations in the domain of the Internet of Things have led to an unprecedented number of devices connected to the Internet. During this discussion, we will hear from caregiving experts from San Francisco’s SteppingStone Adult Day Health as well as technology experts and futurists from the Institute for the Future and Tech-enhanced Life to explore how these disparate realms will collaborate in the next decade and create new approaches to caregiving.
