Gilbert Awards 2008: Ceremony
Three Outstanding Programs
Receive Their Awards!
"California Work and Family Coalition was so honored and excited to receive this award. We know that expanding family leave is important for family caregivers of people with Alzheimer's. We will continue to advocate to expand these policies to more families so it is so encouraging to us to be acknowledged for this work!"

"On behalf of Apoyos Para Los Cuidadores I want to express our gratitude to The Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation and Family Caregiver Alliance for recognizing our work. This award enables us to extend our outreach and services to family caregivers and Alzheimer's individuals living in what is a very private world. The award breakfast was an excellent opportunity to share our program with those outside our Taos community and feel their support. It was an amazing experience filled with wonderful people!. Muchos gracias!"
