Informal Caregivers Providing Wound Care
Are you a caregiver age 65 or older who does not have any formal medical or healthcare training? Do you care for a friend or family member age 18 or older with a wound? Does your care involve changing dressings, applying medications or other procedures related to a wound(s)? We are interested in hearing about your experiences! Your story will help nurses and other health care professionals provide better support to caregivers who perform wound care.
Caregivers will participate in one interview. The interview will be completed virtually using the internet or by telephone and will be recorded. Interviews will take about one hour. Everything you share in the interview will be kept private, no reports will identify you by name. Your participation is voluntary; you can withdraw at any time.
