Well-Being and Service Needs in Dementia Caregivers

Researchers at Weill Cornell Medicine are conducting a research study examining well-being and resource use in dementia caregivers. The aim of this study is to identify and examine the needs of caregivers and the types of resources and support services that would be most beneficial for the well-being of caregivers.

This anonymous survey will take no more than 45 minutes to complete. It can be accessed at: https://redcap.ctsc.weill.cornell.edu/redcap_protocols/surveys/?s=JLY8FCHFWH. Participants that complete the survey have the option to be entered in a raffle for one of two $100 gift cards.
