Caregiver Eligibility:

Eligibility for Respite Care is determined based on a Caregiver Program needs assessment. The needs assessment completed by the Adult Services and Aging Specialist in consultation with the primary caregiver determines the number of hours and the frequency of the Respite Care provided to the care receiver. A cost share may be applicable.
