Seeking LGBTQ+ family caregivers of cancer patients on home hospice, now or in the past

Printer-friendly version

The Hospice Today Project is interviewing LGBTQ+ caregivers who have cared for a family member or close other with cancer who is also receiving in-home hospice services. We hope to learn more about end-of-life care concerns and support needs for LGBT+ caregivers. We believe this knowledge will help hospice providers deliver the best care possible for all families they serve.

Eligible participants must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age
  2. Identify as LGBTQ+
  3. Have been a caregiver for someone with cancer who received in-home hospice services now or in the past

Participants receive a $50 Amazon gift card for completing a brief (5-7 minute) survey and 30-45-minute phone or Skype interview.

Interested? A direct link to the survey can be found here: https://redcap01.brisc.utah.edu/ccts/redcap/surveys/index.php?s=9FHYY7TWKC.

If you complete the screening and survey and are eligible to participate, a research team member will contact you to schedule an interview.
