Georgia Adult Protective Services

Adult Protective Services assist vulnerable and elder adults to stop and prevent abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Anyone can make a report about suspected abuse to the Hotline.

Georgia Adult Day Care Association

Provides an online directory of adult day care and adult day health care centers in Georgia.

Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP)

FCSP services for family caregivers are provided through local area agencies on aging (AAAs) and include:
- Information
- Assistance
- Individual counseling, support groups and caregiver training
- Respite care
- Limited supplemental services, such as transportation and home modifications

Community Care Services Program (CCSP)

CCSP is a government program that offers financial assistance to qualifying individuals to help pay for home and community based services including:
- In-home care
- Adult day care
- Out of home respite
- Home delivered meals

Georgia Cancer Coalition

Provides support, information and educational services to people with cancer and their families.
Services include:
- Tobacco Quit Hotline
- Information on Treatment and Prevention
- Caregiver Education

Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation

Provides information and education to people with brain tumors and their families including support groups.

Georgia Diabetes Coalition

Non-profit provides information and services to people with Diabetes and their families including food donations, free educational materials, and emergency diabetes medication.

Georgia Aging and Disability Resource Connection

The ADRC of Northwest Georgia provides information and access to long-term care support and services.

Elderly Legal Assistance Program in Georgia (ELAP)

Provides legal representation, information and assistance for all civil matters including:
- Elder law
- Housing
- Elder abuse and neglect
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
