ADRCs provide information and access to community services and serve as the entry point to long-term care services. Programs available:
- Medication Assistance Program
- Information, Referral and Assistance
- Family Caregiver Support Program
- Regional Long Term Care Ombudsman
- Senior Wellness Programs (partner with Aiken Regional Medical Centers)
- Older Americans Act Programs (including AAA)

There are five ADRCs in South Carolina, serving the following Counties:

- Lower Savannah ADRC: Aiken, Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Calhoun, Orangeburg
- Santee Lynches ADRC: Clarendon, Lee, Kershaw, Sumter
- Appalachia ADRC: Anderson, Cherokee, Greenville, Oconee, Pickens, Spartanburg
- Trident ADRC: Berkeley, Charleston, Dorchester
- Pee Dee ADRC: Chesterfield, Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Marlboro, Marion
