​Join Senior Resource Connection for a free afternoon of community, resources, and fun. 

What to expect:

4:00pm: Warning Signs of Dementia, presented by Tami Anastasia
5:00pm: Veterans Support, presented by the Veterans Service Office of Santa Clara County
Free food and refreshments (limited supply)
Free blood pressure checks
​Lawn games and raffles
