Medication Safety for Caregivers: What You Should Know About Medications

Managing medications can become increasingly complex as the number of prescriptions, specialists, and health conditions grows. In this caregiver-focused webinar, Dr. DeLon Canterbury will discuss practical ways caregivers can identify medication-related concerns, recognize potential risks, and feel more confident asking questions about a loved one’s medication regimen. The conversation will also explore polypharmacy, medication interactions, deprescribing, and strategies caregivers can use to support safer, more coordinated medication management.
