Missouri Care Options -MCO

Government program assists low income adults who require help with activities of daily living remain in the community by helping to pay for home and community based services including:
– In-home care
– Adult day are
– Respite
Also, assists residents of nursing homes return to the community, if they are able to do so safely, by managing the transition and providing the appropriate community based services.
