New York State Association of Health Care Providers, Inc. (HCP)

HCP represents home and community-based care providers across New York State through advocacy, information and education. HCP’s Provider members include Licensed Home Care Service Agencies (LHCSAs), Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs), Hospices, and health related organizations (HROs), as well as Associate members that provide products and services specifically developed for home care providers.

Provides information on home care programs and services, and an online search tool for consumers to locate home care service providers which are HCP members.
