Government program assists adults who require nursing level of care by helping to pay for support services in nursing home facilities:
– Care management
– Personal care
– Social/recreational activities
– 24-hour supervision
– 24-hour skilled nursing
– Meals/nutritional services
– Medication management
– Rehabilitation therapy
– Supplemental services

*Flexible Choices is an option of this program which allows care receivers to receive a monetary allowance to hire service providers of their choice, including relatives or friends to provide the care they need.
