Following the completion of a dual master’s degree in public health and behavioral health, Norell joined FCA. With over 20 years’ experience in the field of public health and behavioral health, Norell extended her education to become a certified Brain Longevity Specialist in 2024. As an FCA Family Consultant and ASA RISE Alumni, Norell remains committed to her passionate works teaching professionals and communities about healthy aging and neurodegenerative disease prevention, the acts for dismantling ageism, and teaching caregivers about neurodegenerative diseases, self-care, and how to increase their knowledge and understanding of the impact of caregiving on their overall wellbeing.

When not in her role of Family Consultant or ASA Rise Ambassador, Norell spends her free time pursuing a clinical doctorate, reading literature on Neuroscience and brain health. She most enjoys caring for her aging parents, indulging in the Arts, doing philanthropic work that bridges the connections between preservation, conservation and intergenerational aging, traveling, and spending time with her fur baby, loved ones, and friends.
