Caregiver Relationship Inventory

My name is Rajiv Chaku. I am a fourth-year student in the Spalding School of Psychology, at Spalding University in Louisville, KY. I am inviting you and others you may know to join in a study about caregivers. The purpose of this study is to look at how the relationship between a caregiver and the person being cared for affects caregiver burnout.

You can be in the study if:

  1. You are 18 years old or older.
  2. You regularly help someone who needs care.
  3. You don’t get paid-or are paid very little-for helping provide care.
  4. You help with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, bathing, getting dressed, eating, etc.
  5. You help this person at home (not in a hospital or nursing home).

If you decide to join, you will take an online survey that takes about 20 minutes. The survey will ask questions about your relationship with the person you care for.

Your name will not be linked to your answers, and you can stop at any time.

If you finish the survey, you can choose to enter a raffle to win a $50 gift card.

If you are interested in joining, please click the link below.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for your time and consideration!
