Have you taken care of a loved one with memory loss or dementia?
Researchers at the University of California, San Francisco are doing a study to help improve end of life care for people with memory loss. You can learn more here: https://heard.ucsf.edu/
Our study team wants to talk with caregivers who have supported a loved one with memory loss who has died. These stories will help promote policies to ensure that end of life care is accessible and supportive for all families.
We are currently recruiting individuals from African American/Black, Asian American and Pacific Islander, and Latino communities. We are recruiting individuals who speak Spanish and Chinese languages as well, for future participation.
Participation is confidential and voluntary, and includes:
- A short eligibility form
- A 10-minute survey ($10 gift card)
- Potential for a 1-hour interview ($75 per interview, up to 3 interviews)
Please complete this form (HEARD Study Screener) if you are interested and share this information with anyone you know who may be eligible. We would be happy to find a time to discuss and answer any questions.
