Short (< 5 mins) Survey for Familial Caregivers Regarding Supportive Resources

We are seeking caregivers of adults to give input on caregiver support programs. The goals of this survey are to (1) identify barriers to using caregiver support programs and (2) explore caregiver preferences for promoting available support resources. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. All responses will be confidential and anonymous. 

Results from the survey will be used for a student thesis in the South Carolina Honors College, and findings may be reported at professional conferences and in professional journals. For more information or if you would prefer a paper copy of the survey, please email stovallg@email.sc.edu.
