Meet FCA CareNav: A New Application for Family Caregivers
After almost two years of planning and development, Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA) is pleased to announce the beta test launch of FCA CareNav, a unique online application that tailors information, training, and services for family caregivers. After answering a brief questionnaire, tailored information, resources, and communication channels are provided in a personalized dashboard that the caregiver can return to throughout their caregiving journey. The information and resources in FCA CareNav are universal to the caregiving experience so anyone anywhere can be a CareNav member.
Since this is a beta test of a new application, we are expecting a few glitches. If you have a problem, please let us know so we can fix it and provide you with the best experience and support. You can use info@caregiver.org to contact us and please state the page you were on, problem you had, and what type of browser you were using (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, or other browser). That way we can target and fix the problem faster.
FCA designed this application to make supporting family caregivers more accessible and available at any time of the day. FCA staff, Board of Directors, family caregivers, and teams of experts have all come together to build the next generation in service delivery. So give us 10 minutes of your time and we will give you 40 years of experience helping families solve the daily challenges of caregiving.
