Aging and Disability Information Program of Lower Savannah Council of Governments. Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC)

ADRCs provide information and access to community services and serve as the entry point to long-term care services. Programs available:
– Medication Assistance Program
– Information, Referral and Assistance
– Family Caregiver Support Program
– Regional Long Term Care Ombudsman
– Senior Wellness Programs (partner with Aiken Regional Medical Centers)
– Older Americans Act Programs (including AAA)

There are five ADRCs in South Carolina, serving the following Counties:

– Lower Savannah ADRC: Aiken, Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Calhoun, Orangeburg
– Santee Lynches ADRC: Clarendon, Lee, Kershaw, Sumter
– Appalachia ADRC: Anderson, Cherokee, Greenville, Oconee, Pickens, Spartanburg
– Trident ADRC: Berkeley, Charleston, Dorchester
– Pee Dee ADRC: Chesterfield, Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Marlboro, Marion
