Arkansas Independent Living Council

The ARSILC is a non-profit organization promoting independent living for people with disabilities by providing resources for people living with disabilities, representing the interests of disabled Americans to the state of Arkansas Government and connecting the individuals with disabilities with resources for housing, economic development and government support.
