Connecticut Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs)

Area Agencies on Aging are private, nonprofit planning agencies, with funding provided by the State Department of Aging and Disability Services, provides elderly services such as social services, nutritional services, health promotion services, family caregiver support services, adult day care services to individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementia.
