Georgia Community Care Services Program (CCSP)

Georgia’s Community Care Services Program is a Medicaid waiver that is intended to assist older adults or individuals with physical disability to remain living at home. While this program offers “consumer direction”, a family member being hired and compensated as a caregiver is rare in Georgia. Services may include: 

-Adult Day Health

-24 hour care personal care supervision

-Emergency Response Services

-Home-delivered Meals

-Skilled nursing services in the home

-Respite Care

-Personal Support Services
