Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP)

HIP is a health insurance for people with limited income and resources who are not Medicaid eligible. It pays for a variety of medical services, hospice, mental health services and care management, depending on eligibility. HIP does have a monthly premium based on a sliding scale determined by participants household income.
