Living Choices Assisted Living

Government program assists low income adults who require nursing level of care by helping to pay for additional services to be provided in an authorized licensed assisted living facility. Services include:
– Personal attendant care
– Social and recreational activities
– Medication management
– 24-hour supervision
– Limited skilled nursing services
– Transportation
– Pharmacist consultant services
– Supplemental services

*Independent choices is an option of this program which allows care receivers to choose and hire their own service provider including a relative or friend who is neither their spouse nor their legal guardian to provide the care they need.
