Long Term Care Ombudsman Program (LTCOP)

Investigates complaints made by or on behalf of residents in long term care facilities and assisted living facilities. Helps residents and their families and friends understand the rights they are guaranteed by law, including the quality of care or financial, physical or mental abuse in facilities.
