Oregon Project Independence (OPI)

Government program provided through local area agencies on aging (AAAs) that assist qualified including:
– Personal care
– In-home care
– Chore service
– Adult day services
– Respite
– Care management
– Home health care
– Home delivered meals
Clients with incomes between 100% and 200% of poverty pay for services on a sliding scale fee. Clients with incomes above 200% of poverty pay full hourly rate for services.
